Please have your questions ready and try to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. If there is a case of a no-show, we can start your meeting sooner. If you miss your meeting time or need to reschedule please call and leave a message to be rescheduled Add a more convenient date and time. There are no refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Email: contact@kjpta.com within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule. We will wait 10 minutes for participate to arrive in the zoom meeting. If there is a No-show you will be rescheduled for another date and time. If you are scheduled please be available 10 minutes before in the case of a prior client no show, your appointment may be moved up earlier. There are NO REFUNDS.
