This course discusses trusts and trustees, with specific discussion of express trusts, spendthrift and similar protective trusts, trusts by operation of law, including resulting and constructive trusts, trustees and beneficiaries, trust property, the administration of trusts, including duties, liabilities, and compensation, reimbursement and exoneration of trustees therefor, and actions and proceedings regarding trusts and trustees, including jurisdictional and practice matters arising therefrom.
